Christmas cards should now be sent, before the Christmas rush…
… And time to make wishes, and special ones for special people.

Enough trying hard to make a song parody… it isn’t going well anyway. It’s the FIRST OF DECEMBER! I’ve brought out the red and gold poinsettias to decorate my workspace here in the office. What’s the Christmas list for this year? Like last year, and the year before that, it’s kids’ gifts. Christmas is for kids mainly after all. Do I believe that? I guess so. But I’d lke to think Christmas is also for almost-grown-ups like me.
What to get that special someone? The hard-ball question every Christmas season. Especially the double-bogey as it is. What to get for a Christmas birthday?

Today I am…
… thankful for the pressure-free idle pretension of no-thinking-about-my-thesis syndrome.
… wishful that I will have a good-night’s sleep.
